Heavy duty gym-quality Punch Bag wall bracket made from welded 16-gauge powder coated steel for added strength and treated with Special Red Oxide anti-rust formulation is perfect for in and outdoor training activity!

Reinforced steel arm protrudes 42 CM from wall and can withstand heavy bags up to 60 KGS with ease. Three bolt points, 2 on top across (23.3 CM) and 1 aligned 37 CM below, attaches perfectly into brick or block walls.

Boxed set includes D Shackle to hang bags from, assembly instructions and all necessary wall fixings. This bracket sets the standard for all-around seasonal training.
